All three cases come before the Supreme Court as a conjoined appeal.
The issue is:
Can an individual make a claim for psychiatric injury caused by witnessing the death or other horrifying event of a close relative as a result of earlier clinical negligence?
By a majority of six to one, the Supreme Court dismisses the appeals.

Staff will have time freed-up for patients with the most urgent and complex issues, avoid duplication, and improve information-sharing.
All this means is that by providing digital options like video calls with your doctor, surgeries and offices are left open for patients who need to see a doctor in person. Smaller, more routine issues can be cleared up with a few minutes chatting via your phone. Think of the ever-present office worker experience of the group meeting that could have been an email. You won't have to waste your time traveling to see your doctor just for a quick question. Instead, you can see the next available doctor, usually within 2 hours, and get your question answered right away.
